The Sportfisher 912 designed by Specmar, is designed as dedicated fishing boat for outboard propulsion. The large aft deck includes 2 large fish holds and a 600 Lm capacity fuel tank. The raised bow and self bailing deck make this boat suitable for fat cruising under most water and weather conditions on lakes and coastal waters.
The hull shape stems from the successful Orca design with perfect characteristics for stability and handling and is capable of speed up to 60 km/ hour with 1 33n ho single engine, Scantlings and construction comply with the CE-category C.
As with most Specmar designed hulls, the construction is a combination of longitudinal and transverse framing, making this a very sturdy yet easy to assemble boat, suitable for semi-professional usage. The large fuel tank below the aft deck and the generous cabin with full standing headroom enable long pip and overnight accommodation.
The integrated ‘spray-rails” in the outer hull provide a unique combination of hull strength and streamlined outlook. Together with the Specmar patented “Delta Skipad”in the bottom Construction ensures a high stability and excellent sailing and handling characteristics.
The design and kit has been adapted and modified by Bruce Roberts Europe BV to comply with most European codes en rules, as well as production standards. The Bruce Roberts Europe pre-cut building kit consists of extremely accurate cut plate parts including precision marking and pre-forming of all parts.
