The TY 570 has the space available to provide accommodation for three couples plus all the facilities expected by today’s cruising yachtsman. The engine room of the TY 570 has standing headroom and more than sufficient space to accommodate the machinery requirements of today’s cruising motor yacht.
A full width master stateroom and en-suite highlights the lower deck arrangement. Two guest staterooms are also included below along with space for an office or work shop.
As with all of the Burece Roberts Kits, alternate arrangements can be designed within the bulkheads, either by us, or by you as you build YOUR boat. One alternate lower deck arrangement for the TY 570 could include full width master stateroom and en-suite head. It could also include a forward guest stateroom with upper and lower berths. There is ample space to accommodate both a tub and shower.
Her hull form incorporates Bruce Roberts Design’s latest thinking on passage making trawler yachts. A singe chine hull to reduce rolling, a higher prismatic coefficient to allow increased speeds when required an integrated spar flat in het hull to knock down spray and to lift the bow in head seas or when running down swell. The twin engine arrangement includes two tunnels to reduce draft.
Engineering drawings for several different machinery options are provided with the kit or cutting files. Additional machinery options will be added as owners request them. The machinery drawings include sample lists of equipment to begin your machinery systems planning.
As with all of Bruce Roberts Design’s trawler yachts the TY 570 is structurally designed to meet or exceed ABS’s requirement for motor pleasure yachts. Her stability meets or exceeds the US Coast Guard requirement for an offshore passenger vessel. She is available as CNC cutting files or delivered as a Aluminum pre-cut package.
